Danvaegt A/S has a wide range of scales for quick, precise and reliable filling of big bags. Big bag scales from Danvaegt A/S are constructed extremely robust, it makes them extremely reliable and minimizing the costs of maintenance. The scales can be executed as painted and with hermetic tightened and stainless loading cells. The scales can also be executed in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The scales can be verified according to 2014/31/EC.
High capacity
From the robust and compact Basic E to model Advanced with focus on the details, which make the work easier for the operator and does the filling of the big bags quicker and hereby increases the hour capacity. Advance Pro is equipped with more ergonomic details, which secures that the operator use minimum of time by the filling of each bag.
Besides the mentioned scales the assortment also includes big bag scales for the weighing of lightweight goods, which compress the bag content by an unique shaker function.
Are the requirements a high hour capacity of filled big bags is the net weight from Danvaegt, where the weighing of the goods happens separate in a weight bin, suitable for this purpose. The net weight scales are equipped with the advanced “Active air” system, which secures a minimal handing of the big bags before filling.
Customized big bag scales
All scales have an own control unit, which can be delivered with integration for control trough more interfaces.
The scales and control units can be configurated freely in terms of dosing units, filling nozzles, strap hangers, manual or two-part pneumatic bag attachment or inflatable bellows, “Active Air” – Danvaegt’s unique bag hanger system etc. The “Active air” system keeps the bag only by using air, and the straps are unnecessary.
The scales are available as complete systems with pallet stores, roller conveyor / conveyor belt at the scale and roller conveyor / conveyor belt to store filled big bags.

As standard is big bag scale Advanced equipped with:

Big bag scale - Advanced Pro
The Advanced Pro is a more sophisticated version of the Advanced model. The scale was developed to optimize ergonomics during weighing operations. The rear strap hangers are fixed on to two rotating arms that move forward towards the operator at an efficient and ergonomic working height.
As standard is big bag scale Advanced Pro equipped with:
- connector of external extraction / an external air supply can be connected for the purpose of minimizing the dust emission for improving the working environment
- manuel bag attachment or inflatable bellows
- automatic strap hangers, in this way the bag hangers automatically fall off after the filling

Danvaegt delivers big bag scales for filling of big bags with lightweighing goods, below here grass seeds.
Advanced vibrators / shakers compress the bag content at configurable intervals. The same scale can combine several different vibrator / shaker types. This optimizes the number of kilos in each bag and ensures that the bags themselves are stable and can be stacked. The scales are supplied either as gross weight systems and / or net weight systems.

Net weight scales for filling of big bags
Danvægts in-house net weight scales are a flexible, rational and quick way to fill big bags. The scales can be installed as individual scales or as a group allowing multiple big bags to be filled at once.
The bag spouts have a fan which pumps air into the bag before filling. This ensures that the bag is filled quickly and uniformly. The bag spout also has a connector of external extraction / an external air supply can be connected for the purpose of minimizing the dust emission for improving the working environment.
